The cleaning service is good. The customer service displayed by the delivery drivers was excellent. My carpet was taken to the Zerorez facility to be cleaned. When it was returned and opened, there was an obvious spot that was not there before. The delivery drivers noticed it, saw the look on my face, and said, “We will take this back and make it right.” They acted quickly. They represented Zerorez well by wanting to make sure I was satisfied. My carpet was returned 10 days later and looks beautiful.
