My technician was prompt in arriving; he explained everything. I had asked that 2 chairs also be cleaned, but after looking at the cleaning code on the chairs, he had to pass on cleaning since they needed to be dry-cleaned. I have 2 cats and there were some once-cleaned remnants of their throwing up, plus a more recent untreated one. When he got through, I couldn't see them. I am very happy with my clean carpets, minus the stains!

my experience with your company and its employees have been somewhat rocky in the past but i try to work with you to be loyal to this company. i have been told to try stanley steemer, but i try to stick with you all. the last gentleman was very good, would use him again, as i neen the upstairs done as will. do miss tang, he was very helpful and informative as some of your workers are.........

We needed to have a couple areas re-cleaned once the carpet dried and stains became more evident. Your company sent out a different technician and resolved the issues without argument!! Great follow up!

It was easy to get an appointment. The service person was very personable and knowledgable. There was a issue after he finished with a returning wine stain and he came back within a few days to redo it.

I truly appreciate Mr. Tybee for keeping me informed through the process. I was at the hospital at the time of his cleaning. We ran into a few snags. He explained in detail the issue and the solution. He even offered alternatives. I went with the alternatives and he immediately returned to the house to fulfill the new request.
