Friendly and efficient service

Have used ZeroRez several times. They’ve always been professional, efficient and friendly.

We have a one and a half year old puppy and the carpets received her many gifts for over a year. Thank God for ZEROREZ! The carpets are very clean and smell great and I know they will stay clean and the spots won't return.

The service technician was great. This was my second service with Zerorez and I am extremely satisfied. I had my sofa, loveseat and reclining chair cleaned. I will continue to use them because there is pride in the work that is done, the service is explained in its entirety, and there is comfort in knowing that I matter.

Ryan was a superb technician. Very kind and knowledgeable. I really like the new brush technology and am very pleased with the results. I will use Zerorez again.

Another great service call from Zerorez! Joshua is very professional, vey nice, did a great job on my carpets and tile. He went above and beyond.
We had just had some construction done and the stairs were covered in plastic which I intended to remove while he was starting to clean upstairs. Before I knew it, he had removed the plastic from the stairs and saved me the trouble! I wanted to protect my new wood floors and he helped me cover the floors with towels and kept the floor protected throughout the entire job even though it took him a little more time and effort. He was a pleasure with his pleasant and helpful attitude! I really appreciated what he did to help me.
My carpets look great and the grout on my tile floors is so clean now!
I will continue to use Zerorez, and will ask for Joshua next time!
