We had the air duct service earlier in the day, and they were outstanding. We didn't think they could be topped. We were wrong, sort of. Richard was extremely knowledgeable and prepared for his visit. He offered assistance numerous times when we were moving furniture. Richard listened to our questions and concerns about drying time and was very accommodating to our needs. The end result for the carpet cleaning is obviously much more visible than the air duct cleaning, and the carpets looked fabulous. So sorry guys, it is a tie. Both services and workers are 10's in our book.

Air Duct cleaning was absolutely exceptional. We had to move very little for the service. The techs were very helpful when we did have things to move. The Air Duct service itself was quick and clean. The new technology is a great improvement and so much more customer friendly.

The service was great. I still have some stains where our dog had an accident, I was hoping all would be removed, but it didn't come out. I still feel my carpet is clean.

I was very impressed with Eric, the technician who cleaned my carpet. He took the time to explain the Zerorez method and, after evaluating my carpet, shared his honest thoughts regarding my expectations. The results were great. Eric worked quickly, suggested a protectant for a "high traffic" area and explained what could be done regarding the cleaning of an area rug.

Your technicians were very prompt and courteous.
I like the fact that this will not harm my grandchildren.
