Eric was very personable, trusting, and reliable. He gave me a call earlier in the day asking me if it would be all right if he could come sooner which was worked out fine since I was already at home. He explained the cleaning process thoroughly and gave me an accurate estimate of how much it would cost and how long it would take. I also must give kudos to the company's commitment to being green - not only was the cleaning process environmentally friendly but the entire transaction was completely paperless. Kudos to Eric and Zerorez!

I liked that no chemicals are being used and it's environmental friendly. Also Zerorez was able to get someone out to clean our carpets within a few days only.

I was initially attracted to Zerorez by your cleaning method which uses no harsh chemicals and leaves no residue, but my experience was so much more than I expected! I will never hire another company to clean my carpet after my Zerorez experience! Our Zerorez representative, Lee, was GREAT! Not only was he courteous and professional, but he took time to consider our concerns and make recommendations (many at no cost to us) which would make our home environment healthier and cleaner. With an asthmatic child, his time and experise were very much appreciated. Your approach to a healthy home is a refreshing change from the companies I have used in the past, and I will recommend your service to others!
