Your technician was professional and courteous, explaining in detail what he was going to do before he even started cleaning. He asked how I had them cleaned previously and even explained the cleaning process for some area carpets I have, showing me the white towel test to demonstrate the importance to have the area carpets cleaned and not just vacuumed.
