Josh was professional, yet personal. As before, the service exceeded my expectations!

they were here on time, and did a great job

I like that you do not use chemicals.

They removed more dirt & stains than I thought possible and left it smelling nicely with no chemical odors

Very fast, no soap residues or perfumes, good deals!

Cleaner than suds method I usually get with other companies .

The technician was courteous and efficient and very honest with me. During the initial walk through I showed him a room that I wanted cleaned and he told me that in his opinion carpet cleaning wouldn't help and we would be better off replacing the carpet. He explained why he felt this way and what result I could expect if I went forward with the cleaning. I appreciated his candor and am taking his advice. The rooms that he did clean look amazing now and far exceeded my expectations. I couldn't be happier!

Very professional service, thanks David and Majuan Coleman for the recommendation!!!
