I liked the products used- water and not soap. I liked that you called and set a date as well as a 2 hr. window on the day of service. Technician called as well when he was 20 minutes out.
The only thing I did not know about was the 4th room free with payment of 3 rooms. That was not explained to me until all equipment was put back in the truck and I saw the invoice. I should have said something but everything was done at that point.
The technician did a great job and explained the process except for the 4 room free. Will recommend to friends.

Very knowledgeable technicians and the result was very clean carpet, stains removed, no crunchy aftermath, and dry time was close to the suggested time.

The gentleman, Bryon, who came out was exceptionally customer service oriented. There was a mix-up in the time of arrival that was not his fault yet he apologized profusely. I've heard the ad on 104.7 for so many years it seems. I finally said I've got to try this. My husband and I were very pleasantly surprised. My carpets were cleaner than we have got them in years!!
