I am a repeat customer, and I would not use any other service.
Mark, our tech that cleaned our carpet, was very good; he showed
up at exactly the time the company said he would, and Zerorez called
in advance the day of the service, to let us know he would be at the
house in fifteen minutes. I had other questions about cleaning my air ducts,
and Mark took the time to show me a quick video on Zerorez air duct cleaning.
I was very impressed, and I am planning on getting my air ducts cleaned
by Zerorez.

Prompt arrival, great explanations, took care to not damage corners with the hose using protective guards, very professional staff, made some other cleaning suggestions without being too pushy.

The carpets look great and Cameron DuPree was awesome. He was very nice and he worked so hard to get some stains out of our carpet. He definitely went above and beyond in doing his job.
