They removed the majority of the stains from the wall to wall and left them amazingly clean and barely damp.
The REAL treat was yesterday..They returned my 8 Persian rugs..and displayed them for me..Oh My Goodness!...I could not believe how beautiful, and clean and free of dust..

All of the technicians were very personable and I felt very comfortable having them in my home. I had the ducts cleaned so there isn't anything that I can see but I am sure that any mold or junk is gone. Also, I am a realtor and have recommeded the carpet cleaning to several clients who were very happy. Even the pet stains were gone.
Cameron, your technician, was focused on the details of the job but was extremely efficient and personable. Definitely a customer service plus for your company.

We hsd pretty severe pet stains and odor in two rooms, and they're gone! We've tried other carpet cleaning services without success and Zerorez is the only service that works! Although Zerores is a bit pricey compared to other services we have used, you get what you pay for...

The fact you guys use no chemicals, the floor is clean, and it dries in minutes. Charles did a really good job and his customer service was awesome.
The service men were clean, articulate and represented your company in a very kind but business like manor. Everything was explained beforehand so there were no surprises when it
came time to pay the bill. The time cleaning was quick and left no residue. I will have to give a better assessment in a couple of weeks because that is usually when the dirt seems to re-appear after carpet cleaning. However, I am impressed with no use of chemicals or soap and the overall appearance of my carpets today. The pet stains did not come out at all.
