The serviceman did a great job and was very easy to talk to and explained what he was doing. We noticed a dramatic difference after he finished.

Brandon, the boy that came to do the cleaning was very courteous. I liked the fact that we received a phone call 20min or so before they came to the house so we could put our dogs downstairs and out of the way. The carpets turned out beautifully, we had one stain that couldn't come out, but other than that all our rooms smelled very fresh and the carpet feels great on our feet.

True to form their technician, Myles, arrived punctually, properly attired and with a noticeable professional demeanor. Myles is a solid representative of their team and example for their success. No gimmicks, excuses or quibbling; Myles went out of his way to meet our expectations and took pride in his efforts. Upon completion he cleaned up his work area and equipment leaving our home spotless and rugs looking remarkable. This company has their act together; a great product and even better work ethic. We had Stanley Steemer clean our carpets about 6 months ago and obviously they didnt take care of our problems. The stains we were told wouldnt come out, did. It looks and smells great. Also our technician whose name was Kenny did a fantastic job. He listened when he came as I told him our worst problem areas. He took his time, was friendly and very professional.
