First of all, I liked the fact that I could schedule an appointment so quickly. I appreciated the great customer service I received when I made the call to set up my appointment. Secondly, I appreciated the call to let me know Jacob was running ahead f schedule and could come early if it was convenient for me. It worked out great for my schedule. Jacob was so professional and kind. He really talked me through the process and how he would need to treat an area my dog had soiled. He pretreated that area while cleaning other areas and showed me before cleaning it and to my surprise, it looked 100% better before he even did the cleaning. So I loved the pet per-treatment and I would very highly recommend it to anyone who has pets. What a fantastic product and company! I was more than completely satisfied.
