The guys who seviced me handled my cleaning very professionally. Very satisfied with the product. There was a mix up about the time of the appointment. The time changed and I was not given enough notice to do what I needed to do as far as moving things out of the way.

My carpet had a lot of stains. The technician worked diligently on the tough stains and was able to remove 98% of them.Still....the carpet looks great. My tiled kitchen floor looks great too. This was a tough job and he did a fabulous job. I will definitely recommend Zerorez to others. We will use Zerorez again.

Quality work and professional technician
I have used your service 4 times now and 3 were terrific! The most recent was with Tim, and he did a great job!! He was on time, friendly and thorough. I was worried when I had requested Bobby to do my carpets and was informed he was now a supervisor and wouldn't be the one to come out (good job Zerorez for rewarding Bobby with a promotion). Bobby, watch out though because Tim did a great job also.
