There was a spot that was in my carpet that I was certain he would not get out but he did!!! I was totally amazed by the services I received. Very Impressed! The only thing that I was not aware of was the trip charge of $15.00. In the future, be sure that the phone representative inform the customer of the $15.00 trip charge b/c I would have liked to have known that. But, the service I received, was excellent!! The technician was courteous, prompt and able to remove stains that had been left behind by a previous carpet cleaner as well as other stains that I thought would not come up. I'm very happy with zerorez and would gladly pay extra for their services to have the job done right the first time.

I liked the yellow corner protectors that James used to protect my furniture. I do service for a kitchen cabinet company. I am always doing touch ups of our cabinets because the floor people pulled the elec. cord for their sander over the edge of the cabinet or cabinet door. The plumber damages the inside of the sink cabinets, the counter top people damage the sides of the pantry, oven cabinet, or any trim, by pushing the counter top into place, and not caring. The tile guy hits the light valance with the tile and causes damage. Then there is the hood vent guy, he cuts up the cabinet. The cabinets belong to the home owner, and should be treated as so. James made me feel as if he cared about my property. Before James started he wanted to know from me what he was doing for me today. He also explained about this survey, that it would be e-mailed to me. Several years ago I had DirecTV install for me. I was asked to do the survey while the tech. was still there. I thought he did a good job until about an hour after he left, then I found this white line at the top and at the bottom of the screen. It took days of me being on the phone with their help desk before we figured out the correct setting. I sure would of given him a different grade if DirecTV did it like Zerorez. I liked watching him work, he did not just go over an area once, he went back over several times with different overlaps and from different direction. I am a first time user, and I wanted to feel the carpet when James was done. It was GREAT, clean and fresh. A suggestion, have a clear hose so I can see how much dirty water was being removed from my carpet.

Rob the manager was helpful as well because there was a mix up on when the tech was suppose to show up. Rob was very helpful and sent Dana over to my house as quickly as possible. Would highly recommend Zerez. Carpet looks great!
