I have been using a competitor for quite some time, and then I heard about how great Zerorez was, so I decided to give them a shot. My expectations were not only met, but exceeded. The representative from Zerorez was incredible. He explained the process, was quick and efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure that my experience was nothing but a 10 (I really would have marked it 11 if I could). In a world where you don't always get what you pay for, I was so happy to get a wonderful experience. They got out stains that have been there for years. I was so satisfied, that I even tried to give him more money in a tip. He was incredibly professional and did not except it, but that was the type of experience I had. There is no question that I will be a return customer and recommend Zerorez to all my friends and family.

Did not care for the scheduling part. Seemed like they were reading from a script rather than being personable. However it was a different story when the guy came to clean my carpet. He was polite, personable and answered all of my questions. He was quick, efficient and did a great job. Loved that the product is pet friendly. My carpets seemed very clean and the price was right.

Great product and professional employees who go the extra mile

I chose zerorez because of the ad on FISH 104.7 - I feel like I can trust them to recommend a good company. I was pleased with the quickness that I was able to make an appointment and that someone answered the phone when I called vs. leaving a message and waiting for a call back. Jonathan arrived on time and was very efficient, friendly and a pleasure to work with, even at the end of his workday.

Ryan was very polite and explained to us everything he was doing as he was doing it.
Zerorez is well represented by this young man.
However I guess the main problem I have is with me. I just waited to long to get my carpets cleaned. I had them cleaned one other time and was not a happy camper and I just waited too long to get another cleaning company in here. The pet stains are all gone, but the high traffic areas still look dark, but look better than before. Ryan explained to me that this is very likely to happen considering the amount of traffic and the length of time between cleanings.
I am pleased with Zerorez and will call you for my next carpet cleaning.
