We are very pleased with our clean carpet. We had tough stains in our high traffic areas that I was sure could not be removed; however, Luke and the zerorez product cleaned those stubborn stains. You did what you said you were going to do. Your technician called (he was ahead of schedule), arrived at the time agreed, assessed our cleaning needs by doing a walk through with my husband and did his job in a professional manner. Our carpets, rugs and chairs look great and our house smells fresh and clean. The thing that surprised me is that almost all areas of our carpets and rugs were dry, just a few wet spots here or there when I got home about 3 hours after the job was completed. That has not been my experience with other companies. We will use you again when the need arises. Thanks!

I feel they did a good job on my house and would recommend then to other. The only thing I would do different is would not have my dog here because
I feel there was not kind of pee on the carpet. If they did not see the dog the cost would not have gone up!

Love the no-residue cleaning without those heavy shampoos and chemicals other companies use. Protection of furniture and corners with plastic guards was definitely a plus! Friendly, knowledgeable technician. Fast but thorough!
