James Amerson came on time and was unsure that the absolutely awful old white rug in the biggest room in my basement could be cleaned to my satisfaction. He told me that he would work on it first and if I was not pleased, he would not charge me anything. He did and I was very pleased. He finished the other rooms. When I saw that he not only did a wonderful job on the other rooms, he had reworked the tiny details on the ancient white rug to make it look new! New--and that old thing must be 25 years old!!

We like the fact that you don't use soap and you didn't bug us to buy "extras" that we didn't want. Our carpet dried quickly and looks great (all things considered)!

Timothy was excellent and I told my friends to request him when they call.

The young man who came out (Byron) was very knowledgable and very helpfull. The carpets look really good for the condition they were in. I would probably hold off on any recommendations thought for a month or two to see what the longer term condition looks like. Our carpet always looks good right after they are cleaned by any company. It is two months from now that we'll see if the stains return.

But as far as showing up on time, using clean and good looking equipment, taking his time to address concerns and explain, and doing a great job we are very happy. If they stains stay gone we will use you again and I would request Byron because he did such a great job.
