Eric was a great technician. I was at first concerned that I drew the 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM slot because I didn't want to have a house full of carpet cleaning during dinner. Eric arrived at 4:30 and was completely finished at 5:30 PM. The carpets are so clean and fluffy and some are 11 years old. My carpet was so dirty from previous owners and when Brandon was done it was a different color. Your product is very effective. Brandon was so informative and polite. I would ask for him next time.

I have been pleasantly surprised with the excellent customer service, prompt follow up and very courteous staff. Our technician, BJ, was on time, very professional, shared additional options, was knowledgeable regarding his product as well as informing us of other services the company provides, such as flooring.

I initially called because of a pet accident in one specific room. When the pet treatment was not completely successful on the first visit, the company responded quickly to set up a follow up appointment.

I liked everything about your products and services. The Technician, Michael Cothran, was very knowledgeable and professional. My problem were some pet stains that I desperately wanted removed upstairs in the hallway. He told me about "Zerorez" and their products, gave me a quote on cleaning the areas I wanted cleaned, and then proceeded right away to do the job. I was so impressed with how quickly they brought in their equipment and got right to work. They did a terrific job!! I liked their work so much, that I let them take my two persian rugs from downstairs in the living area to clean. I cannot say enough of how happy I am that I called Zerorez.
