This was my second time using Zerorez and I appreciate the tech being on time (sometimes early). I appreciate the call to confirm the appointment. The easy on-line use to schedule appointment.
Cameron was the tech who came out and he was very thorough with his explanation of what to expect when he finished.
Every encounter I had with each employee from the first call for information & scheduling to the follow up calls to BJ's arrival , was a perfect example of remarkable service. I would highly recommend Zerorez to my friends.
Your service person was very nice and completed the job in a timely manner. He was able to remove spots and the carpets look great.
My only somewhat negative comment is regarding price. The basic price is not bad but the quoted price for the pet spot treatment was outrageous. The protectant price quoted also seemed rather expensive.

The only negative is that I felt that the guy who came back a second time had a very poor attitude and was rather irritable when he found out he would be at my house longer than he had expected.
No residue, prompt service, & polite workers. I do wish you would not charge the $15.00 to come to my home. I am a long term customer and always use you so I think you should not charge me this.
It cleans my carpet better than any other service I Have used in the past. Spots that other Carpet cleaner could not get out Zerorez removed the stains. It is a great product. The only complaint I have with the company is with your call center. I asked for early morning and was given 11-2 window. Unfortunately, I was not at home when they called to let me know when the tech would be here. When I finally got the message to call and confirm the appointment, it was late the night before the tech was to arrival. So I kept the appointment since I could not be at home another day.
The process is very efficient and gets the job done.

The service men were nice, courteous and friendly. So far so good on the cleaning.
The final results are great as far as the clean look and smell of carpet. However, there is an area that still does not feel dry. I have the dehumidifier running, attempting to finish the drying process. If you have suggestions, please call.
