First I think you have a winner in Byron. Byron took pride in his work and took a very professional approach to this project. Byron is personable, competent, and does a great job promoting Zerores.
Now, I think your pricing is a bit high.....but I say that about everything LOL. I know that there are certain things where you get what you pay for and the cleaning Byron did falls into that category.

The staff was very professional and courteous. I haven't been able to inspect the air ducts yet but it seems they did a good job. We had lots of animal fur.
It might be a good idea to have the technicians show the homeowners what the ducts look like before and after.

My carpet was cleaned Tuesday, August 13. Prior to Zerorez, I used several companies who used various techniques, steam cleaning, chemdry, etc. and none of them were effective for longer than a week. So I'm hoping that your product will continue to be as successful in a week as it is now after 2 days. The technician, Jervorx was very professional, and made me feel confident with his skill and knowledge. He patiently listened to me and answered my questions. He consistently worked but did not make me feel he was rushing to get done. I've heard Belinda advertise Zerorez many times and finally decided to try you. I know it's only been 2 days, but I'm hoping the carpet will continue to look good for a very long time.

Very pleased with the Empowered Water technology which leaves no detergent residue, as well as the hard working technician BJ who cleaned my carpets.

First of all, Mark, the technician, arrived right on time and I received a call prior to his arrival just to keep me informed.

Our carpet is more than 15 years old and we had considered having it replaced. I have cleaned it myself several times but was never completely satisfied with the results so we decided to try Zerorez. This carpet looks almost as good as the day it was installed and we are very pleased.

When Mark arrived he did a walk through and gave me the total cost and there were no surprises when he was ready for payment. So many times when you get a "special" there are add-on's but our cost was exactly what was advertised.

Mark was efficient, pleasant and thorough and we are completely pleased with the job that was done.
