I had oriental carpets cleaned which I dropped off and picked up. The service person (Dimitri - this may be speeled wrong) was extremely professional and helpfull.

However, I do have a suggestion. I would recommend that a tool be utilized to cover the carpet as close as possible to the wall where dust collects the most.
