I've always used your service and have never had a tech come to my home that I didn't like. They are very personable with great personalities. Most importantly they know their "stuff." I like the fact that your product is as close to nature as you can get. I buy the product for pet urine etc all the time. It is better than anything on a shelf at retail stores.

I liked the service personnel (the technician was very helpful and very thorough). A very dirty carpet was cleaned beyond what I thought was possible. The reason that I chose Zerorez was because of no residue (soap, etc.) being left on the carpet. Thus, I got the quality that I wanted, clean carpets, and a friendly and helpful technician all in one visit.

Your technician appeared very knowledgeable regarding both the upside and potential downside regarding cleaning my sofa sectional. He appeared very willing to forego the "sale" if he could not anticipate a satisfactory result. Who does that? Likewise with taking my area rug in for cleaning...he described in more detail than I required what would take place and what I could expect when the rug is returned. I felt like he had no where else to be, felt no car salesman-type "hustle," felt like he wanted to make sure I could make a completely informed decision. And he did a nice job on my sectional and the carpet on the staircase! Thanks! Jackie
