The cleaning process was swift and thorough. The 14-year old carpet on my stairs no longer looks dull and worn, but now looks bright and almost brand new! Josh was extremely friendly, respectful and professional. He took time to hear my concerns before starting and periodically asked for my feedback and input during the cleaning. Although my appointment was the last of the day, and Josh didn't arrive until almost 6pm, he did not rush through the cleaning. Instead, I felt valued as a customer. Josh cared about doing a great job and leaving me satisfied with the results. Also, it was obvious that Josh enjoys working for Zerorez. He made many positive commments about the company and his experience, which was resfreshing and reassuring. The carpet looks great, the carpet dried quickly, I really liked the solution that was used, the technician was very knowledgeable and informative and did a great job in a small amount of time.

Technician worked hard on our rugs to make them as good as they could be. We had some tough stains that he was able to get rid of.
