Chris, the gentleman that came out to clean my carpets was very professional and friendlly. The associates that answer the phone however could be a little more thorough and curitous. Details were not provided and I was not instructed to look for the email that gave me the additional information I needed. Also when they called to confirm my window time, it was at what I considered to be an unreasonable hour. (4-7 pm for our bedrooms on a friday night). I was not given any other options for appointment times for that day even though I had called on Tuesday and the return call was on Wedensday. I toke it than called back to cancel the appointment and suddenly a new window was available. Some consideration should be given when you are scheduling bedrooms. If a client has to move out bedroom furniture they should be scheduled in the morning so the room will be dry enough for furniture to be moved back into and used that night to sleep.

That there are no harmful chemicals used, the technicians show up on time and are very helpful and friendly.

Deparr Mason was personable and professional, and he did an excellent job. Our carpets looked fantastic, and it was largely due to Deparr's diligence in working on stains. He also went above and beyond his role to help us with a plumbing leak that occurred in our basement during his visit (briefly helped me to locate and reach the water shut off). Your service is excellent and Deparr is an asset to your company.
