There is no soap residue after the carpet is clean.
Like that the carpet isn't too wet and dries quickly. All but the worst stains were removed from our 20 year old carpet.

The zerorez technician Dustin Anglin was great! Very professional yet friendly. He saved the day as I was not that impressed with the person that called several days before to advise my appointment window would be between 4p-7p even though I had booked online well in advance. The person that called needed a personality and some customer skills.
