Every time I've used Zerorez, they've been on time or early. The technicians have always been friendly, and this most recent time was no exception. Also, my carpets are always much cleaner than I ever believe they could be. With three children under 3 years old, you can imagine the mess. But Zerorez always takes care of it.

The technition was very professional, friendly, and really knew his business! We have used Zerorez a few times before and we will never use any other carpet cleaner again! It was a little expensive, but worth it!
