Great service!! I had heard about zerorez on wsb and had been using chemdry. This was our first time with your company. Super friendly employees. The young man who did my carpet was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Great customer service. The 2 gentleman who delivered my oriental were great too. Very friendly. I would highly recommend Zerorez!! First name removed Last name removed.

I purchased new carpet about two years ago and The carpet installer recommended that we only use water to treat stains in our carpet, so what better carpet service to use other than Zerorez. I only had a few stains, but my technician did a great job removing those from the carpet. I am happy with the service and will call again when it's time for another cleaning.

I liked that an issue I had was resolved.

The Zerorez technician provided impeccable service. He was punctual, efficient, courteous and thorough. His service was a breath of fresh air - honestly, I had three companies servicing my home on the same day. The other two were exact opposites and told them of the incredible service Zeroez offered and suggested they take a page out of the Zerorez handbook.
