The carpet in my daughter's room was 15 years including teenage years dirty with many stains and ground in chewing gum. I had little to no hope for it. Mike from Zerorez worked away on it and amazingly removed 99% of the stains and all of the gum. The carpet not only looks tons better but also smells clean without perfumes or chemical smells. No complaints with my experience. Thank you Zerorez!

The no-residue aspect that helps prevent dirt from adhering to carpeting after cleaning is the main reason I love your service, but I also love the fact that your system of cleaning is much healthier and "greener" than chemical solutions. The gentleman that cleaned our carpets and upholstery was extremely polite, thorough, efficient, and prompt. He was also clear and honest about the results of the stains he cleaned. First after reading the reviews I was very much impressed! Right then I knew I had to call and make an appointment. I called and the lady that answered the call was so very nice and she really listened to my concerns. I explained to her my son's room smelt like sweat and just that football locker smell. She explained to me the products that would be used and how she truly believed they could take care of the problem. Well the technican came out he also wanted to know my concerns about my carpet. He then explained the products and how I had a 30 warranty had this smell not gone away. Well it took me sometime to leave this review at least 1 week and some days because I wanted to be sure that smell was truly gone. Well the smell is gone! I would recommend and swear by my testimony! Zerorez all around service is the best and definitely the right way to clean. I will be using this company again no doubt about it. Thanks so much for a Gr8 experience and Gr8 service!!!!!!!!!!!!!
