I like that you do not use detergents and that with the cleaning there is no residue. The carpets just look and feel cleaner. This is the second time you have done our carpets. Jonathan was here about 8 months ago. Yesterday it was Depar(sp?) Depar was courteous and professional. He explained everything he was going to do ahead of time, told us how long it was going to take, and answered all our questions. We will see you again in another 6 months or so! Thank you!

When your employees arrive they put covers over their shoes, Thank you for giving clean service at the start, and love the brackets to protect the walls and furniture. Like the fact that it is orderless, the carpet feels soft and clean again without all the smells and dampness that can be moist and cause mold.

The technician, Brian Jones, was knowledgeable and courteous. Before beginning work, he explained the
process. We looked over the carpet together, examining especially soiled areas. He then went right to work. He worked quickly and did a great job. The carpet is clean and looks almost as good as new. Before he left, he advided how long the drying time for carpet would be and when to move furniture back into the room. Zerorez customer service did a great job of arranging the appointment.

The technicians were professional, personable, considerate of my home, time and children. I was amazed how quickly and completely they removed stains and cleaned the entire area. First great experience we've had with carpet cleaners.

Thank you for coming back out and making our carpet look awesome.When I made the first appointment never thought I would have to call you guys for anything but you have proved you do want to make the customer happy. I will say I will never make appt online anymore because I asked for a early appt and I got the next to last appt of the day.And when the guy called to verify my appt he said oh we don't see the notes. I said there is a box for special instruction..you don't read that?? I do want to say the first guy that came out was very friendly. I wouldn't want his job to be in jepperdy but he just needs to take a little more time. He knows what he is doing.
