The professionalism of the technicians. Zerorez does not soak your carpet with a lot of water which takes forever to dry. When the tech comes to your home on a promotional visit, they do not try to talk you into getting more service. That choice is up to the customer. For instance, the promotional I was using cost $144. I chose to get more service done which end of costing me $597 on the same visit. But, it was my choice.
