The three techs were very courteous and honest; recommened that I get the HealthWay purifier which I purchased.

So far carpet feels very clean. We have had our carpets cleaned with the chemical base and after a few days carpet seems sticky. Could be to early to tell but so far loving that aspect. Got out several stains that before had not budged.

Was able to clean areas that another cleaning had not captured! Rental home with 3 growing boys left carpets with too many stains to lease again without major cleaning. Amazed at the Professional and courteous technician! Prompt service.

No chemical smell!

carpet looked great, technician was professional and friendly. he was very helpful and fast. i believe he arrived about 8:20 and was done by 10:30am. although i kept my doors and windows closed all day, kept the heat and fan running, my carpets were still wet when i got home at 9:30pm. very likely due to the coldness of the day.

The carpet looked great, and no "crunchy" feeling like with other services. We are very pleased with the service. The drying time was very good also.

Technician was first rate. Did a great job, explained the process very well.

It was very impressive and the tech was awesome. He made sure he took his time and educated me care for my carpet. Most importantly he place guards up against the walls to protect the walls from the hose.
