Your cleaning treatment is exceptional. However, I just had my rugs done a few months ago and the dog had an accident. It was a very small spot. I wanted help with it. You couldn't do just one room, I had to pay for all 3. the man I spoke to said he could maybe take 410 off if i did just one room. Really?????????? The staff does a good job of getting the carpets clean. The staff is very nice and courteous.

Myles was my technician, and he was so polite, informative, and did a great job cleaning my carpets and upholstery. I would have no problem asking for him the next time I have my carpets cleaned.

The rugs are very clean and smell fresh! All of the pet stains are gone. The technician was very personable and knowledgeable about the product. The five rooms were cleaned, stained sprayed and scotch guarded in less than 1 1/2 hours.

Technician (Dustin) was on time, friendly, professional, and was finished cleaning within an hour. Beautiful results! Due to the rainy wrather today, I called back today to ask for advice for a spot cleaner. I was worried my dogs might track in mud. The woman who answered phone was not helpful and actually said that she couldn't suggest anything. The best she could do was to tell me that if my dogs made a spot, I should get it up as quickly as possible. I was a bit disappointed in her response. Other than that, my service was fabulous!

Customer service was excellent once again! The techs go above and beyond to inform you what to except and make sure you are happy. Not to mention my super clean carpet!
