The technician who serviced us this last time was so personable and did everything possible to make us happy. It was evident that he wanted us completely satisfied before he left. He took longer then I expected because he knew how concerned we were with the final results of the basement carpet. Only thing done so far is pick up the rug to be cleaned. Hard to judge a company on just that. The man who picked it up was very nice and polite

i like the fact that there is a clean smell after my carpets have been cleaned and it continues to have that CLEAN smell. also it is soft and not stiff and the workers that are sent out are very nice and courteous.
