I was shocked that the stains were removed - four kids in the house and the carpets are rough! We had had another company come in about a year ago, and they didn't really touch the stains. Y'all got stains out that had been there for more than a year, or maybe even two, and I was shocked. Great customer service as well! I will definitely call you next time.

The carpet was very stained, but the tech did an amazing job of getting the majority of the stains out. Due to the length of time the carpet had been neglected, it was amazing that he was able to do so much. Also, I appreciated his professionalism.
