The technician was very professional and the carpets look much better after being cleaned. The cat urine smell was gone for a few days but has come back. This was not unexpected by us ssince the problem has been going on for so long that we are sure the pad is soaked. Once the ccats pass away, we will be replacing the carpets but in the meantime we will continue to use Zerorez whenever we want our carpets cleaned.
