I called to mention some spots that I thought the technician may have missed at the initial cleaning and ZErorez sent out another technician within the same week to try to remove the spots. I couldnt believe the immediate response. The technician came out and addressed the trouble spots. Although the spots were not removed, I am extremely happy with Zerorez and my immaculate carpet. Thank you Zerorez.

Like that zerorez products do not leave a residue and dry in a fair amount of time. One thing I would like Zerorez to take into consideration is the weather when cleaning. We had our carpet cleaned on a very cold day of the year-for several days afterward the temperature dropped below freezing. As a result a pipe burst - home water line was used to source carpet cleaning equipment. Although we will use zerorez again - we won't be cleaning the cqrpet during winter months.

First and foremost - Aubrey! He was awesome! Very polite and displayed the utmost of professionalism. He didn't try to price gouge, which established credibility with me, and that is so important! My carpet is around 7-8 years old and except for the master bedroom and stairs, there is not a lot of foot traffic in the carpeted areas. However, I have 2 dogs and one is old & blind with a weak bladder. Aubrey worked very hard on my carpet, went above and beyond. As for the product, I can say that SO FAR, there is NO Urine smell that has surfaced YAY! All the pet stains came up, which is awesome. The carpet smells fresh and clean! Now, there are some other sporadic stains, that are starting to resurface, and I don't think those are pet related. So I will take you up on your 30 day guarantee, and I just ask that Zerorez come back back to go over those again. All that said, I give Zerorez a 10! I highly recommend You, and plan to use you on a regular basis now!
