Zerorez obviously cares very much about their customers and goes to great lengths to make sure they are satisfied. Even though we had some minor issues with scheduling and our service, the manager personally called me to make sure I was fully satisfied. The carpet cleaning service was superb, and they were able to remove stains I never thought would come out. The technician that serviced our home was very friendly and professional and did everything within his power to make sure we were satisfied.

The technicians who came to clean our carpets this time were very professional, kind, helpful and courteous. They were able to remove old pet stains that we could not previously remove, and they worked hard to be efficient so they would not stay longer than was needed. We have used Zerorez for over a decade, and while we have always been thrilled with Zerorez, this was the best service we have received to date.
