The technician arrived early, was very friendly and professional, and explained what he was going to do and gave advice as to when the carpet would be dry and when we should be able to move furniture back without having to worry about staining the carpet. Overall we are highly impressed with the technician, the process, and the results.

carpets looked and smelled great. Rep was on time & courteous. Finished in a timely manner. Only problem was that carpet didn't dry in the 4 1/2 hr time allotted. One area took an entire extra day with a fan on it. However, it was a great service at a good price.

The Zerorez guy was very professional and did a great job.
