no chemicals...no residue
I like that you don't use unhealthy chemicals. My husband was home when the carpets were cleaned and he said that the technician worked really hard. I was just a little disappointed that the pet urine stains on my carpets did not come up and that the smell was worse. Maybe that can't be helped.
The service does what it advertised and the technician was courteous and knowledgeable.
The service was great and the gentleman that clean my carpet was very nice. He did a good job. He clean all the spots on my carpet and it didn't take along time for him to do it. I will definitely use zerorez the next time my carpet needs cleaning.

The Zeroez product used to sanitize and brighten our carpet is outstanding. Our carpet is the Builders standard and it is thirteen years old. Today (again) after the Zerorez application it looks just as good as new as when we first moved into our home. You can actually breathe in the freshness. The Zerorez service technician was courteous and his professionalism was exemplary. He rises the bar in representing Zerorez with product knowledge, process and company credibility. I highly recommend Zerorez to all, as friends and neighbors are already raving about the beautiful job well done!!!!!

The technician that came out was very friendy and extremely helpful. We had purchased our home about 6 months ago and didn't have the time to clean the carpets before we moved in, there were existing stains in a couple of areas. Your technician recommended the right treatment that would be the most likely to remove the stains. Although he did say because they had been there for some time it wasn't guaranteed that they would come up. All the stains ended up coming out and left the carpet beautiful and the best part is there was no "crunchy" feel after the carpet had dried. We will be using Zerorez again.
The scheduling process is very easy and organized. You provide reminder calls and updates on exact arrival time. The Technician that came to our residence was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I cannot say enough about him and how well he represents your company. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was also courteous and knowledgeable. It is very apparent that you have an excellent training program for employees. I will not hesitate to recommend your company to friends and coworkers and in fact have already done so.
James did a great job cleaning our carpets which are 20+ yrs old. We were surprised at how great they look and he said they would dry in about 6 hrs and they did. Cleaning done by a previous company took at least 4-5 days to dry and didn't look nearly as good as what Zerorez did. James was courteous and very professional, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and Zerorez to friends .
Matthew scores up & above #10. First he called & was here on time. Second he gave me the time to go over areas & trouble spots that I wanted to do, but didn't know if I could afford to do all I wanted. He gave me an estimate that I felt was fair & I could afford. Then he went to work, he said it would probably take at least 2 hrs. & that was close. My carpet is old & worn in some spots, but the looks of carpet diminished yrs.when he finished. Matthew was courteous, respectful to my husband & Me. We are older seniors and appreciated that so much. I used Zerorez because my daughter had used your co. & I saw what a great job you do. Efforts to protect walls and floors was outstanding. Serviceman was prompt and polite. Only disappointments were long drying time and some area "shading" that suggest not being cleaned thoroughly.
