I am thrilled that your cleaning products are "green", that the technician(Paul Harrison)was polite, knowledgeable conscientious, and quite "up to the job" of cleaning my carpet. As he completed each room, he would call me in to show me the results. He would answer my questions and be sure that I was satisfied with the job he had done. Even the cases in which stains would not loosen, he would point them out and offer an explanation as to why, if there was one.
I am sure that I will call on Zerorez again and again when there is a need for their services.

I initially turned to zero rez because of its chemical free alternative to carpet cleaning. Over the past years I've appreciated the fast, knowledgable and friendly service that I recieve. During my last service the initial operator that was sent to my home was rude and very unprofessional. Ultimately, I had to ask the operator (D. Castleberry) to leave my home before the service was completed as I'd become uncomfortable with his behavior. Knowing that his behaviour was uncharacteristic of ZeroRez I called to make management aware of the service agents behaviour. My concerns were addressed and another operator was sent to my home to complete the work that same day. I was pleased with the service(D. Anglin) and expedient manner in which they responded with the excellent service that I have come to expect from ZeroRez

Carpets cleaned up well considering the age of the carpet. Just a few stains that would not completely come out as I expected. However, the overall result was excellent. I hope that those stubborn stains will not resurface again over time. The service technician was excellent, timely, efficient, pleasant and very professional.

One of the most pleasurable experiences I have had in a long time. The technician was excellant. Very knowledgable of what he was doing. So polite. You don't find youg men as respectful as this young man. I believe his first name is Aubrey. He should be commended for his service. Your company would do well to keep him around for a long time. Not only that, the carpet was so clean. I had steps that were my main concern. They were deeply soiled. I brought it to his attention and he told me not to worry. He would see what he could do. The steps are GREAT. Clean, Soft and no chemical smell. Zerorez and Aubrey, Yall did that dog gone thang!! Thanks.
