The first time I used your service I was extremely pleased with the way the carpets looked and they stayed clean for a long time. The second and most recent cleaning I was not as pleased. The technician only spent 15 minutes and tracked water and dirt onto my hardwood floors. The carpet did not look as good as it did the first time

I like that the carpet is cleaned with a product that isn't harmful to our health. It does a wonderful job at making the carpet look new again. The customer service is great. They tell you what to expect so you don't have any surprises. They give you a call to let you know what time they arrive at your home. The technician is very respectful of your home, taking care not to harm the walls or furniture.
