The service was quick and thorough. There was a very pleasant aroma during the cleaning and stains were removed that I didn't think could be removed! After a few hours the carpets were dry and I felt confident I was walking on much cleaner carpets!

My technician, DeParr, was very knowledgeable about the cleaning process and informed me of the downfalls of regular steam cleaning. He was very professional and my carpets were cleaned beyond my expectations.

I like mostly the fact that there is indeed a place to go to have area rugs washed. I am disappointed with the high price for such a poor rug but I don't expect you to give discount for such a silly thing.

A great service - my carpets looked and smelled great! I love that there was no residue or chemicals. Our technician, Ryan, was a nice, no pressure guy who explained everything well and did a great job. Overall, a great first time experience and we'd definitely use ZeroRez again!
