Very efficient and friendly technician

After Zerorez generously donated a cleaning to our school last year, we liked the results. This year, they provided a reasonable price for all of our carpet, and stayed until the job was done right. The technician was professional and friendly. We will definitely use them again.

Our technician was amazing. We changed gameplans on him (decided we were going to replace rather than clean the carpet, but still needed rug and upholstery cleaning), and it was no problem at all. He helped us identify some creative solutions to some of our dilemmas as well.

The technicians are always very pleasant and respectful. The prices are not very competitive, but I like the cleaning products without chemicals. Therefore, I'll pay a bit more.
