The technician was friendly and efficient. The carpet was cleaner though it did retain some staining. We don't feel like we can blame that on the process. The carpet was neglected for years.

The carpets in this hud home was deemed less than fair.I have listend to the add and realizing I needed to have the carpets clean and dry quickly. The techmade no guarantee the stains was so bad.no air in the house only water and power.this guy made it happen.the grease and lord knows what else came out.the home was built in 1984 and even the baths are carpet.the formula works I had a great tech and a good company tostand behind it.
