The carpet cleaning is definitely Superior to other companies I have used in the past. This was my second whole house cleaning with ZeroRez, and it is the BEST!!! The technician was extremely courteous and helpful and did an excellent and caring job!!! I am very pleased with this company, their product, technique and customer service.

The service was great. The tech was on time, friendly, yet professional.
Quick, easy, got all the stains out and pet smells out. My only complaint is that the gentleman said he'd discount my pet treatment to $15 a room. Then, at the end he said he couldn't and said it was $90 for each room after doing it. I feel a little cheated.
But the end result was amazing.
what I like best about your products and services is that their is no dyes or heavy perfumes. I like that because I have sinus problems. my carpet looks great. thanks to my carpet cleaner. sorry I forgot his name but he really worked hard to get my carpet clean and beautiful again. thanks again zerorez.
