The service tech ( I think that his name was Paul) was very professional, very courteous, and he explained everything that he was going to do in each room. After completion of cleaning the carpet, he showed us what he had done. The carpet looks great!! He did an outstanding job!!

However, I would like to comment that during my initial contact while setting up an appointment, I was given certain time frames and chose one that worked for me. When I was contacted as a reminder, my time was not the same and no one tried hard enough to put it back to my original time slot so I had to rearrange my schedule to be home. Otherwise, the experience was good.

The carpet looks amazing. I've had my carpets cleaned prior to finding zerorez and zerorez was able to clean what the others missed. This is my third house I have owned and I only use zerorez now. We just moved into a house with light carpets. They were able to remove the high traffic area dark spots to where I can't even tell they were there. Amazing. I wasn't expecting it to turn out so well as it was years of dirt but it worked. Thank you!
