I'm still kind of skeptical that only hot water can clean my carpets, with of course the added treatment on stains. But time will tell. Right now your company deserves a thumbs up (10).
Professional, carpet looks great afterwards, on time.
The tech was extremely knowledgeable. My carpet looks brand new even with the pet stains problem that I had. Like the fact that it is Empowered water rather than a bunch of chemicals.
