Your service technician (Aubrey) was very polite, considerate, and conscientious about his work. He explained the whole process to us before he began. He allowed us to move furniture around so he could clean the whole room. And he asked us to inspect his work before he left to make sure we were satisfied. We were very happy with the results.

Our 30-year-old carpet has not looked this good in years. My one-year-old granddaughter will be in our home next month, and we wanted our carpet to not only look good, but to be a clean and safe place for her to play. I have off-white carpet in my large den that is 10 years old and it looks almost new. VERY happy with results.

The technician went over everything, verified price and even informed me on how long it would take to complete the job. He was very professional but also very personable.

First, let me say that we were very impressed with our serviceman. He was efficient, polite, and has a great personality. He did a great job on our carpets and we are pleased with the results. We recommended Zerorez while he was still here to a friend and he was able to pick up a large rug from them for cleaning. We will use your service again.
