Client Testimonials

Prompt,very clean carpets, friendly

Chris did a fantastic job getting my 14 year old carpet as clean as it could get-and he killed a huge spider for me!!

friendly. CArpet stayed wet too long around 9 hours

With two kids under two, I can feel good that they are not being exposed to any harmful chemicals. And after potty training my older one, I know that my carpets are now sanitized and the little one can crawl around without me worrying.

The scheduling is easy, prices are good, employees are prompt and always very polite and knowledgeable, and the results are great!

The carpet is clean! The work was done efficiently and carpet was dry in two days.

no residue. I need to be contacted. Technician broke a plate and he said he would report it. Has that been done?

I like your services very much. We just bought a condomium, and wanted the carpet to be shampooed before moving in. I mentioned it to a friend, and she recommended Zerorez, and I
am glad she did. I am very pleased, and will recommend you to anyone.

You run a professional service and I could not be happier with the results. Thank you.

The service people are very professional friendly, and genuinely make you feel like they care about your satisfaction.

The serviceman that cleaned the carpet did a fantastic job! I'm very pleased. When I get the rest of the carpets cleaned, I will be requesting Mike Lee. He couldn't of been nicer.

Cleanliness, informative and friendly techs. You have a really good employee in Richard.

I love that they show up when they say they will and they do not try to tack on any extra charges--

Chemical free. Very professional and courteous service tech. Only fear is that he potential he went to fast and didn't get the carpet clean as could if he took more time

Zerorez's employees are the most polite and communicate well before and after the cleaning has been done. This is my second time using Zerorez and I have not been disappointed with the removal of stains and pet odors. Thank you.

Excellent service! Lemont and Tim were absolutely wonderful. Their service exceeded our expectations. We'd love to have them back anytime.

No fumes.

I have used Zerorez several times now and what I like most is how long the carpets look
good. Without the residue of soaps to collect dirt, they look really good for a long period of time. Also, the technicians are always very friendly and helpful. My most recent tech was Kyle Johnson who did a fantastic job and I will surely ask for him the next time I call. I do, and will continue to recommend Zerorez to my friends and co-
workers. Thank you.

DeParr was excellent!!
