The person who did my home was for commercial cleaning. It smelled funny. Not the fresh smell that I had the first time I used Zerorez. I don't know if commercial stuff is different or not, and I called customer service and left a message and never heard back. I am not as happy this time and also some of the spots came back. I told him my cat threw up hairballs and left a mark on the rug. I will use Zerorez the next time but this time I was not happy with the cleaning.
