I appreciate how the company reacted to our first experience which was less than satisfactory. They listened to our concerns and had another technician come out and clean the carpet a second time. Much of our carpet is 20 years old and had never been professionally cleaned. After having a pet for 11 years and raising two children on it, we thought we would give Zerorez a try to see if some improvement could be made to our main rooms. The carpet has not looked this good or smelled this fresh in a decade. Thank you for the effort to satisfy your customers. We are now both customers and fans of Zerorez.

The nicest word I can use to describe my carpet before Zerorez came is GROSS. The stains were embarrassing. Now they look new! It's amazing!
